Elevated Life Family Chiropractic Is Opening a Second Location in Idaho Falls!

We are so excited to officially share that Elevated Life Family Chiropractic is expanding into Idaho Falls!

Starting March 9th, we’ll officially begin seeing patients for adjustments at our new Idaho Falls location as we establish a permanent location and step into this next season of growth.

As our Shelley office continues to grow and serve more families across Southeast Idaho, we felt it was time to take the next step. This expansion has been on our hearts for a while — and we are so grateful it’s becoming a reality.

Where We’ll Be Located

We will be adjusting inside Origin Spine & Wellness:

📍 671 S Woodruff Ave
Idaho Falls, ID 83401

We will be using a room within their space while we build toward a future permanent Idaho Falls location.

This is not our own standalone office, so we ask that everyone please be respectful of the space, staff, and other businesses operating there when you come for your adjustment.

Idaho Falls Adjustment Hours

We will be available in Idaho Falls:

Monday, Tuesday & Thursday
2:00 PM – 5:30 PM
Adjustments Only

This location will function as an adjustment-only office.

To maintain the quality, consistency, and depth of care we’re known for, there are a few important details:

• Your first 3 visits must be completed at our Shelley location.

• Progress exams will continue to be done in Shelley.

• All products and supplements will remain available at our Shelley office.

After your first three visits, you’ll have the flexibility to receive your adjustments in Idaho Falls during our scheduled hours.

This structure allows us to continue providing thorough neurological scans, exams, and progress evaluations — while making ongoing care more convenient for our Idaho Falls families.

Expanding into Idaho Falls allows us to serve more individuals and families who have wanted care but found the drive to Shelley challenging.
