Before your Chiropractic visit:
Once you've scheduled your first appointments with Elevated Life Family Chiropractic, our team will send you the appropriate paperwork for you to thoroughly fill out. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us!
First visit
Your first visit to the office gives us the opportunity to get to know you and learn about your health concerns & goals. After a tour of our comfy space, Dr. Randy will sit one-on-one with you to review your initial history. This is the perfect time for you to provide as much detail about your individual needs and concerns.
After your detailed assessment, Dr. Randy will conduct a neurological focused exam by checking range of motion, reflexes, muscle and sensory function, etc. Afterwards, we will evaluate how your neuro-spinal system is functioning with CLA Insight scanning technology. This neuro-spinal assessment is an important part of our initial intake process as we are able to test, rather than just guess, how your nervous system is doing. Depending on exam findings, after the scan, Dr. Randy will take x-rays (with exception of pregnant mothers). Click here to learn more about our Insight-Scanning technology.
Once your history, neuro-spinal analysis and x-rays are finished, we will be sure to leave extra time for any questions you may have. Please allow around 75 minutes per person for the initial visit.
While we love having kids in our office, if you could leave them home for this first visit, then we will be able to focus all of our attention on you! If this visit is for a child, please leave siblings at home. We do require a holding fee to secure your appointment and is applied towards your first visit.
Second visit (Report of findings/ adjustment)
When you return to the office for your second visit, Dr. Randy will have had plenty of time to review your examinations, x-rays + history from the previous visit. He will explain in great detail your findings and present your specific care plan recommendations. If at this time you decide to accept care, you will receive your first adjustment from Elevated Life Family Chiropractic. Please allow 60 minutes for this visit.
It is ideal to have kids at home for this appointment as well. We would encourage you to bring your partner or supportive friend to this visit so they can get an in depth look into what you (or your child) need for care. We have seen how patients benefit from having support and we know how hard it is to relay information correctly and thoroughly, so let Dr. Randy do all the work!
Third Visit (Chiropractic Assistant Report or CAR)
At this appointment, you will go over office policies with our staff and we make sure to give you all the details on how our office runs, what you can expect from us and what we expect from you. From here on out, you’ll be in and out in a jiffy!
