Dr. Randy Searle’s Certifications
Dr. Randall Searle has completed the requirements needed to be officially Webster certified by the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA) and is acknowledged by the ICPA as proficient in this specific chiropractic skill on 21 February 2016. Dr. Searle will better serve pregnant women who are preparing for safer and easier birth outcomes.
Webster certified doctors are taught gentle adjusting techniques, individual case management systems and evidence-informed practice to best care for pregnant women. In addition to this, doctors are given an in-depth view of birth and are provided with the necessary skills and resources to support women who want safer natural births.
Dr. Searle has undergone a written and a clinical exam for Webster Certification proficiency. This technique includes a specific chiropractic pelvic analysis and accompanying adjustment. The goal of the adjustment is to reduce the effects of pelvic misalignment and to restore normal function and balance in the pelvis.
In the care of pregnant women, this pelvic misalignment may lead to difficult labor for the mother (i.e. dystocia). Dystocia, as defined by William’s Obstetrics, is caused by inadequate uterine function, pelvic misalignment, and baby malposition. Preliminary research indicates that chiropractic adjustments using the Webster Technique may have a positive effect on birth outcomes by addressing these three causes of dystocia.
This certification enables Dr. Searle to expand his range of care to individuals throughout pregnancy with excellence and in accordance with evidence-informed practice.

Dr. Searle is certified in the QSM³ technique. The QSM³ adjustment restores optimal Nervous System function, joint symmetry, and muscle balance, by restoring proper flow of blood, oxygen and coordination of communication to the entire body.
The human body uses the majority of its energy to maintain postural balance. Using postural data, the QSM3 method uses a tonal based approach in order to restore the entire body to its highest mechanical potential.
The adjustment is performed with a gentle touch to the side of the neck. This is done by hand without wrenching or twisting the spine. The effect of the correction influences the entire spine and every system in the body. In fact, many conditions that occur throughout the body are caused by slight misalignments found in your posture. Our work is to find and fix the pressure in your posture, around your spine and on your nerves. These holistic effects happen everyday in our office and are shown when body balance is restored, symptoms resolve, and health returns naturally.
Kayleigh Searle’s Certifications
Kayleigh is a certified Emotion Code Practitioner. During his 16 years as a holistic chiropractor, Dr. Bradley Nelson, the developer of the Emotion Code and Body Code, found that when working on his patients, beneath their physical symptoms there seemed to be an emotional component. This emotional component seemed to cause either a delay in healing, or actually prevented healing altogether. Dr. Nelson began identifying and releasing emotions that had become trapped in his patients’ bodies. The results were positive. He codified the method, and in 2007, his book The Emotion Code, was released.
Over time, Dr. Nelson discovered that Trapped Emotions are the most common cause of imbalance in the body/mind, and these imbalances cause a wide array of emotional and physical symptoms. Dr. Nelson continued using and developing his method, and realized that there were some other causes of imbalance, as well. These factors were more physical, although most often, Trapped Emotions negatively influenced them. He added these additional factors to his method, and called this more comprehensive system The Body Code.
There are 6 components in the Body Code. The first of these is the emotional component—The Emotion Code.
The components are listed below, along with examples of what each addresses:
The 6 Components of The Body Code
Energies – emotional, post-traumatic, mental, offensive (The Emotion Code)
Toxicity – heavy metals, EM spectrum, chemicals, microbial residue
Circuitry – organs, glands, chakras, meridians
Pathogens – parasites, fungi, bacteria, viruses, mold
Structural – bones, nerves, muscles, connective tissue
Nutritional – pH imbalance, foods, herbs, nutrients, magnetic field
